- "Been a while since we heard from Mr
Prendiville, but here he is, back with his own brand of lo-fi
electronica.
"Fortunately, the opening track only
lasts 1:48, for it is absolute mince. Thanks be then for Track 2,
the delightful "Farmers Journal", which is a marvellous
slice of Mark E Smith buys a Stylophone and goes a bit mad (der).
And from then on things tick along in suitably skewed fashion.
"Highlights include the delightfully
titled, cabaret voltairisms of "Chant Of The Ever-Circling Food
Stylists" and the frankly, stalkerish, vibe of "Now That
I've Found You", which should be enough to make any prospective
partners move continents. A definitive step up from the previous
ceedee, at least 5 of the 10 tracks are repeat players. If Depeche
Mode had decided to form a Krautrock band with Charles Manson, they
might have ended up sounding like this." - Zeitgeist
